Refund Policy

Custom PC Builds: Due to the personalized nature of custom builds, refunds are not available once assembly has begun. However, if parts are defective, we will work with you to provide replacements under manufacturer warranty.

Products & Components: Eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Service Fees (consultations, setup, etc.) are non-refundable once rendered.
